CIVCM Students Celebrate Constitution Day 2016

On Friday, September 16, students at Penn State campuses all over the commonwealth marked Constitution Day. At University Park, students held a poster session that explored the spaces between the First and Second Amendments. Students at other campuses across the commonwealth held other events, including voter registration drives, guest speeches, public readings, and visual displays.
